Building a strong leadership team to address today’s nutritional needs, CNC hires Dillard, former Director of Culinary and Retail Development at Agape Senior
LEXINGTON, SC, June 1, 2017, Carolina Nutrition Consultants (CNC) is pleased to announce its recent hire of Rebecca Dillard, who will join the Carolina Nutrition team as Executive Director of Operations. Within this role, Dillard will oversee the day to day operations of CNC. She will work closely with the VP and Regional Dietitians as well as the menu and marketing team to assure CNC is providing the best services to their clients. She will be responsible for expanding CNC’s current services to reach a larger population in need of better nutrition to combat nutrition related diseases.

Dillard comes to CNC with seventeen years of experience in the health nutrition industry. Most recently, Dillard worked as a Director of Culinary and Retail Development and Operations at LTC Services (Formerly Agape Senior.) There, she monitored compliance for nutrition and dietary services for Skilled, Assisted Living and Inpatient Hospice Facilities. She also oversaw a multi-million-dollar food account and developed educational courses for all Dietary Personnel. This background has helped Dillard make a smooth transition into her new position with CNC.

In addition to her prior Director of Culinary and Retail Development experience, Dillard has extensive experience with Health Insurance Claims and Nursing Home Administration. Before working for LTC Services, Dillard served as a Claims Processor with Blue Cross Blue Shield and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with Lutheran Homes of SC.
Dillard combines her recent experience in overseeing three consecutive years with “A” kitchen inspections for 10 facilities, consistent successful state surveys for nutrition and dietary services, and created an internal Food Service Education program approved by the Federal Government Apprentice Program. Dillard is ServSafe Certified, ServSafe Allergen Certified, and TIPS Certified.
When not at CNC you’ll find Rebecca with a fly rod in her hand, playing chauffeur to her two active teenage daughters or talking shop-talk with a family full of healthcare professionals, all while cheering on her favorite Clemson Tigers.
Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 1993.
