ServSafe® Classes
ServSafe® is a comprehensive food safety certification training course designed to reduce risk from foodborne illnesses by promoting sanitation in the food service industry. ServSafe® is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other safety training program in the United States. Topics include food safety hazards, HACCP system introduction, purchasing and receiving safe food, and proper cleaning and sanitation of facilities and equipment.
All of our consultants are ServSafe® Certified Instructors. We offer 1 day ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification and Recertification courses throughout the year. You may contact us to schedule corporate or multi-facility training.
We also offer a 2 hour ServSafe® Course for Education & Training dietary aides, personal care givers and certified nursing assistants!
Dietetic Interns
We accept dietetic interns and students throughout the year. Our experienced staff works in conjunction with accredited dietetic internship programs through Winthrop University and the Medical University of South Carolina.

Certified Dietary Manager Preceptor
We work with dietary managers and chefs enrolled in the Certified Dietary Manager’s program to successfully complete the course and pass the national certification exam.
Throughout the year, we offer an exam review for the national certification test. Look for the date of the next review to be posted.
